The long COVID lockdown proved a set back. I hoped to revigorate the hibernating cultures in march, but travel restriction kept me confined.
A hotter than usual spring season has been too much for the liquid: they weakened and fungal infections have seen their change.
Need to start up from scratch.
Fortunately, the mother & grandmother cultures in the workshop in Montauriol were still in good condition to kick-off anew.
