Time and again it is amazing and a joy to see how these toolkits connect the insights of team members into a more focused, coherent plan for maturing their new business idea.
Plus the focused compelling stories that bubble up after just an hour of workshop.
One team came to the conclusion there was no market for their idea and decided to abandone it. Which is great. Early attrition is the best way to come to a good business idea. They are up to the next idea now.
